Deposits and Cancellations
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We require 100%payment upon booking for single night reservations and and reservations that start within 14 days of the booking.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we will refund your deposit in full up to 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival will be non-refundable and the deposit retained for future stay. You may inquire about re-scheduling your stay for another time within the calendar year.
For cancellations that occur within 7 days of your arrival date, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your stay. If we can book out your reservation or a portion thereof to new guests, we will refund the days we are able to rebook.
We recognize that life happens, and sometimes plans can change. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.
Children
Due to our very short loft railing, our cottage cannot accommodate young children. We would feel terrible if little ones were to fall down or out of the loft and injure themselves.
No Smoking Policy
For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we have a NO SMOKING policy in the cottage. A $400 cleaning fee will be charged to anyone caught violating this policy.
Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in time at Prairie Rose Cottage is any time after 3:00pm. Our chek-out time is 11:00am.
Pet Policy
No pets please. We love animals but due to allergies, we cannot accept any kind of pets.
Others
Prairie Rose Cottage is a 5 star accommodation and we expect that it will be left in the condition that it was rented in. Any damage or extra cleaning required to the cottage or property will result in an extra fee being assessed to the cardholder at the discretion of the owners/managers of Prairie Rose Cottage to repair or replace broken items or cover extra cleaning required. We ask that you please wash all dishes before leaving. Prairie Rose Cottage does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. We do not claim liability for injusry, loss, damages, accidents or expenses that occur within the premises or for any other cause related to the rental of the accomodation.
