A little piece of paradise. Such an amazing place to stay! So close to so many tourist attractions within an hours drive away. After your day of sightseeing, return home to relax on your own private patio with a glass of wine. Enjoy the hot tub to chill in……or just enjoy the country life of quiet times and stars in the sky. Enjoy an afternoon bike ride, bbq your supper and sit around the fire. At the end of your day crawl into a super comfortable bed and get a great nights sleep. If your super lucky the sweetest little kitten will come and say hello to you! A great place to stay, we will be back

All I can say is wow! My wife and I had an amazing time at your cottage, we can’t wait to come back and ride the bikes around the little town of Orton. Personally I loved it, specially how clean it was and how it felt like home. I will be recommending you guys too my friends. Thank you for letting us have a great experience at your cottage.

“Jacquelien & John are the perfect hosts. From the handmade quilt on the bed to the fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, we felt welcomed. The extra snacks/ treats provided were enjoyed on our hikes and relaxing in the evening on the patio. The drive to Waterton National Park was beautiful and Fort MacLeod’ and Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump was a great day full of sunshine and history. The binder full of information and attractions nearby gives us the reason to come back and explore the area more. I highly recommend spending 2 nights in this cottage and exploring the area. Thanks J & J for sharing your adorable “home away from home” with us. Until we meet again, take care.”

“Yes, this tiny cottage is adorable and cozy. Yes, the location and price are amazing. Yet, what makes a stay at the Prairie Rose Cottage truly wonderful are the special little touches. It was such a treat to discover a fully stocked kichenette that included a litre of fresh milk, fresh eggs, drinks and so many snacks! Then we found more extras in the bathroom! It may have been -40 degrees outside but the cottage was heated perfectly and there are so many games, books and dvds inside; and even access to Netflix. J&J provided excellent communication and even provided an extension cord so I could plug in my car. I’ll be back in the summer to relax outside and enjoy the stars.”
